New iPad will it be any good and what about 3g coverage

Hi I am really wanting an ipad and possibly going to reserve one, but not sure if i want 3g or not, or more so if i can wait that long to get it lol! anyway check this link i found for iPad Covers though i cant find any stocok of them on the site yet!
